This Sunday would have marked the late Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's 82 birthday. I thought it appropriate to post probably his most famous speech. His "I Have A Dream" speech was delivered August 28th 1963 in Washington, D.C. Very moving.

I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.
Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.
But one hundred years later, the Negro still is ...
So...where is it?
Boston has had 1" this season, and we got that back around Halloween. For the first time since 1973 there was no measurable snow in December. Now, I know what many of you are thinking...let's keep it that way! Well, I think we could use a little. I mean, if it's gonna be too cold to wear flip flops, you might as well have it LOOK cold. Right? Plus, all of our friends working at Nashoba and Wachusett...and at Ward Hill and Blue Hill, deserve a little of the white gold. I'm sure we'll get some, it's only a matter of time, and the law of averages.
But, it sure looks odd. All that, uh, brown. Especially after last winter.
Time for "The List". And we know how everyone LOVES lists. Here are my favorite songs of 2011...
It's wacky-busy these days, so while we have the time we just wanted to pass along best wishes for your holidays. Hope you can relax and spend some quality time with the one's you love. And here's to a very healthy and happy 2012 too! Have fun.
Merry Christmas & Happy Chanukah!

So...it has happened. Taylor Swift has changed her hair. We wondered when this day would come. OK, not really, but it made news when my kids couldn't wait to inform me that it indeed happened.
Why did ya do it Taylor? "I was on a photo shoot, and they were like, 'We were thinking about doing maybe some bangs,' and I said, 'Just cut it,' you know, 'cause I've been wanting to do it for a while and the change is really nice."
My kids, and all the women I work with like it. Me? Yea, I can see it. OK, I like it too. Then again, I'm a guy, so I had better go along and agree, or be subject to "the stare". You now, that look that the women folk like to hand out whenever the men in their lives do something stupid, or, wait, it doesn't neccesarily ...
